Interac is very pleased to announce a new partnership with one of our group’s sister companies, Link Japan Careers (LJC, website: here). This will mean several things for Interac applicants.
First, starting from the middle of April 2017, LJC will be in charge of running Interac’s recruiting operations. Using a streamlined process approved by us that will insure a speedy review of your application, LJC staff will be in charge of guiding you through the process and evaluating your candidacy before forwarding your information to us for final review. You don’t need to visit another website or do anything special to apply; simply click the “Apply Now!” button near the top of your screen (if you have already applied to Interac, there is no need to apply again. LJC will simply assume management of your application).
Second, applicants who are offered a job with Interac can look forward to benefiting from LJC’s close support in getting ready to start a new job with us. Commonly referred to as “on-boarding”, the period between accepting your job offer and arriving for initial training is a key time for laying a strong foundation for your new job. LJC can support you in finding housing, opening a banking account and getting settled into your new neighborhood.
Third, this alliance with LJC will provide an expanded range of other services to our employees, especially when it comes to living and working long-term in Japan. With a network of over 400 local staff, LJC can support Interac branches on a case-by-case basis to arrange services individually suited to your needs; from translators, finding a doctor or renting a cell phone and more.
These are just some of the advantages this partnership will bring to Interac, our applicants and employees. In the future we can expect even more exciting services as LJC continues to work at their mission of providing comprehensive services to both individuals and businesses across Japan.
